Users may have encountered issues in accessing the IP Platform - SSO services today, between October 17, 2025, 07:28 UTC and 08:28 UTC.

We have implemented corrective measures to resolve the issue, and the service is now fully operational and functioning as expected.

This will be the final update, as the incident has been successfully resolved.
