FoundationIP URL Access Issue

FoundationIP - NA - Multi-tenant 2 users were unable to access the application URL between 19:55 UTC and 20:10 UTC for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, affected users encountered a "504 Gateway Timeout" error while attempting to access the application URL. The incident has since been resolved, and normal performance has been restored.
